Good customer service and satisfaction posted at the store wall but I what I experienced was exactly the opposite of what they are trying to project to customers. It took me 2 months to wait for my prescription sunglasses but not a single apology was made. If I did not dispute this through care credit, it could have been a longer wait. I'v been coming here for years. I like the selections here from basic frames to many different designer styles. I can always find something that I and my family likes. Prices are competitive. I usually buy one pair and get the second pair free. I've used the second pair for myself and for my son before. Great store to go to for glasses! ...read more

I decided to try this place out because my friend highly recommended them. I've had terrible experiences in the past with other opticals. I was greeted quickly by the sales associate when I walked in. She was very professional, knowlegable and patient and took time to pick out the right frame for me.
