I bought a hat here because it was cold outside and when I asked the owner if it was on sale (it was on a sale rack outside) she was so rude and nasty I was too stunned to say anything. She declared that she's the owner and she knows the price, never looked at me (or cleared anything off of the really messy counter to make room for me), didn't thank me for purchasing from her and then made a snarky remark as I was leaving. I have seen the same merchandise over the past four years in this store. They don't seem to clear out the merchandise at the end of each season. As far as the store resembling anything in Colorado I think not. I have been in this store many times and the owner has never been welcoming or friendly. She is rude and condescending.
