I unfortunately have had 2 accidents in the past year with my brand new Cadillac. John has been helpful every step of the way including picking my car up from the scene, calling me a rental and helping me communicate with my insurance company under the stress and tensions. I get more compliments on how great and shiny my car looks now then before the accident happened. I have recommended to a few community friends and they have all been equally pleased.
