The first thing that impressed me was Dan's attention to detail. At our first meeting, he took the time to explain the installation process (thoroughly) and he gave me a written estimate before he left. I got the feeling he was very professional and felt confident he would do the job right. He also had a varied portfolio of finished jobs and certificates from his industry. He was always ready to answer any questions and sent emails with photos to help with our descions. His expert crew were top notch, personable and respectful of my property. Hired Dan on a Thursday and job was done by Saturday, talk about getting it done fast!!!!! Job came out great and Dan, the Boss, was on top of everything making sure it was done right. Talk about professional, this guy is about as perfessional as it is going to get. Came back several days later to make sure everything was o.k. and showed my how to care for the pavers, how to clean them and how to adjust my sprinklers and left extra pavers and sand incase I ever need them down the road. He is licenced, insured, has about every certification you can possibly have. This is a grade A company. Would definitly recommend to others. ...read more
