After my horrible experience at Cellular sales on bennet rd I came to wireless express. Firstly the same phone I bought up the road was $50 cheaper here. They showed me how to work everything on the phone before I left. I have been continually going in asking questions throughout the last couple weeks when i do not know how to do things on my phone. Horrible experience here for my parents who are Fredonia natives. They bought a phone that ended up having a horrible echo. When they went to exchange it under the 30 day return policy the manager was rude, not helpful and misinformed them about there plan. He also told them that he was going to call them to tell them they owed $325 for the phone instead of the $119 they had already paid for it...What is going on here? Needless to say the better business bureau and verizon has been notified. Go to Walmart or the verizon store in hamburg instead!!! ...read more
