I don't usually write scathing reviews of mediocre places and prefer more positive reviews but I feel that I must say something about this place. I have no problems with the hairstylists that work here but I am completely befuddled as to why the young blond aesthetician that works there still has a job. I go to an aesthetician connected to a doctors office at least once every 4 months and I go to a spa for facials at least once a month. I get my eyebrows done at least every two weeks so I guess I do frequent similar establishments. I can say that this aesthetician is so completely unprofessional. I had a facial with her once which was a total waste of money. She says that she doesn't do extractions. I had an eyebrow waxing with her and omg the worst experience of my life. She was angry, couldn't wait to finish the job and did a poor job at the end. The place is beautiful but over priced. there is a constant over turn of stylist there. Look on craigslist. If you leave there looking better or feeling better you got lucky. Just last week, I brought in my son and myself in for a haircut. There was no one in the salon but us getting our hair cut. We were in and out in 22 minutes. The hairdresser was extremely rushed even though there was on one customer in the salon. My son just got a trim and his sideburns don't match and the top of this hair is cut unevenly. I won't take him back there. As for myself. I got a lot of length cut and ask for my bangs to be trimmed. My bangs are as long as ever. She took no length off at all. Now I have to go out and have them redone. The cut itself is ok, but It is really not stylish and no time was taken to make sure I was pleased.
