I made an appointment to have my pool serviced and they never came. I called the next day and they said I was on the schedule and guess what?! They never came again. I ended up calling Hayward and requesting a recommendation for another service provider in my area. Never even a courtesy of a phone call back! Apparently they don't need the business. ...read more

This business quoted me a price for closing my pool and billed me twice the rate I was quoted. When I called to complain the owner of the company said "You should have read your contract;" threatened me with legal action if I did not pay, and has now refused to take my calls or return my messages.
