After the long and grueling search for a house, we finally got into contract and I called for Techcon Inspection Services for the pivotal inspection. The inspector (Robert) was promptly on time, which was great considering we had to coordinate it with the owners and such. Seemed very professional. I was surprised how much time he spent there and I actually started to get nervous about it. The full report was sent very quickly and several issues were brought to our attention. Nothing that ultimately broke the deal but we were able to negotiate some money back at the closing to rectify these concerns. We ended up saving about 5X what I paid for the inspection, so I would say it a great value and a positive experience for sure!
