Bought a winter cover on Sat--it was short so I needed to return it for a longer cover (forgot about the stairs--only buy covers every 5 yrs) Went Monday to exchange it for bigger cover. The guy was rude and said no return because when we put it back in the original box, the ends would not close completely! Said it was our error and he won't take it back--HORRIBLE place--will never go back!! ...read more

The excavation contractor they hired backed into our fence. The damage was minor but we asked that they "sure up" the fence by installing a metal sleeve at the ground level.
