Huge billing issues ! Will have no bills for six months and then all the bills sent in one envelope with a call the next day about why bills aren't paid. Problem addressed with management 3 times over 1 year and continues to happen. When an order is requested sometimes they are just too busy to do it so you need to ask several different people to get it done. Sometimes orders will be simply forgotten then a game of it s not my fault ensues.Because of staff issues sometimes you will get a professional warehouse employee handling your merchandise and sometimes it will be temporary workers who have no regard for how they do their work.
