False advertising brings in customers thinking they'll get a fair price for their gold/silver. Took in both for a quote and in my gut knew it had to be way too low, they told me if I wasnt happy to sell it myself on eBay. I took it to another place that paid me more than double of what Fort Knox offered with the "bonus" They offered me $490 for the silver and the other place paid me $1,050. Fort Knox does not pay anywhere near highest prices! If they were even close to the ballpark I would not be upset, after all everyone has to make money. There is a difference in making money and taking advantage of people. Lucky for me I knew my stuff was worth more but I feel bad for others who don't know better and get massively ripped off by people who play "oh, I'm your nice neighbor. You can trust me" ...read more

Called this shop to sell some gold. Asked what they were paying based on current Gold prices per Troy Ounce. Owner says on phone "We pay the best prices for your Gold". Got there, and was offered less than 40% of current price per Troy Ounce. Went down the street in Monroe and received much better price.
