I used to call lindys-taxi a year ago until i finally got fed up with there service(drivers not only arrive late-they are rude as well, as if they are doing you a favor by picking you up). So i finally went on google and came across quality taxi and gave them a call-since then i have been a quality taxi customer. The cab arrives at time and the drivers are actually quiet friendly. I don't want to sound like a promoter but as a business student at the stonybrook university i wanted to know what makes their service better then the others-the answer: they are a FAMILY owned company-which means when you call them up; the phone is answered by an owner and not an employee. I think you already know and so i don't have to tell you the difference between an owner operated company as compared to an employee operated. ...read more
