To start, 1 Star is a gift. If I was to be truthfull I would give the a -1 star. When I went to Bay-6 while checking out I asked if I could return my purchase & was told no problem we take returns. I later found out this ment they will give you store credit or exchange the size or color. I must say they do have at least three signs stating this fact & it is on the sales slip, which you do receive after your purchase. I did purchase 2 Zubaz pants, which were the incorrect size. My husband went into the store 5 days later & purchased the correct size knowing I could return the first purchase. This was a total of $73.00 both times. He also asked it he could return them & was told no problem. Of course he was also not told we would not receive cash back. Both times I find out now we talked to the "OWNER". She has advised me now it is up to the consumer to find out what the return policy is not the store to tell you. They post it you must read it!!!!! BUYER BEWARE OF BAY-6 !! ...read more
