Have been a horseradish freak for many years .Have dug it up and ground it myself for a long time.My brother was at the market and bought me a root that I ground up for Easter. It was auesume.Have been having trouble finding spots to dig it up. Have tried to grow it myself with little success.. Have there phone # and will try and get some more. So I went to a local Italian deli to pick up some provolone for steak sandwiches tonight and had an amazing experience. The name of the place is Ginos on Elmwood and I wanted to check it out. After the owner made me wait five minuts as he talked with the only other customer in the store, he finally approached me. I told him that I just needed 4 slices of chees and his remark was "we do not sell that small of an amount." I asked why and he said he did not have the time or energy to do that. I pointed out to him that I was the only customer in there, so how do you not have enough time? Again, he said it was not worth his time. I politely told him that this is the worst customer service I have ever had. His final remark before i walked out empty handed was that he does not need customers!! Wow!! If you want your cookies delivered while still edible- DO NOT use this company! I specifically called them to confirm the delivery date and time needed prior to placing my order, was guaranteed they could provide the needed service- and guess what? The cookies were not delivered! They have my money and my recipient has no gift! I WOULD NOT recommend this company! ...read more
