Being from fl & in Bradford pa caring for a sick mother,I've lost my card. They refuse to send me a new card due to my address being a fort myers one. I am now stuck in Bradford pa with no money or card. I've talked to everyone as far up as possable. Never have I ever been treated so poorly. Do what I'm forced to do,move to another bank. I have never been more disgusted with a place in my life. I went to make a deposit and cash a small check, the check was from first Niagara back, I deposited $1685. my check to be cashed was only $200. the teller told me I couldn't cash the check, I told her I just deposited $1685.She tell me "I know but those funds haven't posted yet. I asked to speak with someone, Jeff Campsleizy said "he was the manger, he had an attitude from the start. I explain what going on, he tell me I have to take the check to "First Niagara if I want to cash it". I was getting more frustrated. He then told me to open an account and deposit my $200.check, (but I would have to wait 4 business day before I could take the money out. Then he said just take it to first Niagara, i needed the cash for gas.I asked to speak with another manager, he told me everyone was out to lunch, I told him i was going to close my account because of the way he treated me.
