This company is far from professional! I called with questions on a bill I received and was greeted by the most unprofessional, nasty woman named Sarah. She was rude, would not let me finish a sentence, laughed, stated she was purposely going to notate my account with things that she was taking out of context. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she left me on hold for 5 minutes then came back saying "oh you're still there" to tell me Judy was busy. She could call me back some other time. When I asked to speak with Judy's manager she said she didn't have one. What a joke. I would never hire such a rude person and try and label them professional! ...read more
