CPR Concrete Powerwash and Reseal

This ended up in the City of Buffalo Small Claims Court where CPR Custom Concrete ultimately lost. The concrete is only 2 ½” to 3 ½” thick. Contract states 4 inches of concrete which is industry standard. Did not have a permit to perform the job and failed to install a 6 inch apron as required by town code. They cheated by a full 2 inches by installing a 4 inch apron and no wire mesh. When I initially questioned Michael Daniels/owner, he became angry and denied everything. He stated he would drill holes in the driveway in order to prove thickness and then laughed and said he wouldn’t fix the holes when done. He also refused to show the concrete ticket. I hired an environmental company that uses a ground penetrating radar to test the thickness of concrete and records the images. Sure enough this company cheats its customers and goes thin on the concrete. Bottom line is avoid this company at all costs.
