I did not have a pleasant experience here. Horrible customer service! Dara Lis, the owner, was unprofessional in her interactions with me. She was unresponsive to emails and phone calls. This company is far from professional! I called with questions on a bill I received and was greeted by the most unprofessional, nasty woman named Sarah. She was rude, would not let me finish a sentence, laughed, stated she was purposely going to notate my account with things that she was taking out of context. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she left me on hold for 5 minutes then came back saying "oh you're still there" to tell me Judy was busy. She could call me back some other time. When I asked to speak with Judy's manager she said she didn't have one. What a joke. I would never hire such a rude person and try and label them professional! ...read more
