For me, as for business owner, the most important thing is time, and these guys didn’t waste any. You can’t ask for more from a lending company. Rates aren’t what you get from a bank, but are so far the best I’ve seen when compared to their peers. Bad quality service, wrong information was given.The package we had was 8.6 pounds, but he rounded it too 10 pounds without notification and took extra money. Also information about additional fees was not given. Also he put the package on the scale and i couldn't see the actual weight of the box,so the weight was whatever he claimed too have saw. After careful observation of the recite, I had too go back and demand an explanation. The guy claimed he told me about the additional fees and said i was wrong.I took the package back and got a refund. Basically it was a little scam. waste of time.The key too a business is fulfilling the needs of the customers and that's not what this guy was doing. ...read more
