Ambultte number 66 nearly ran my car off the road not once but twice on April 11 2016 at 820 pm on the Brooklyn Bridge. Female driver seemed to be in the daze or on the phone or something but clearly not focused on the busy road. I called to make a complaint of course no one answered. ...read more

My mother was waiting for over 3 hours to be picked up for a very important appointment. Not even a "sorry" from the company. This driver was INCREDIBLY RUDE. I was very cold on the van and finally turned on the heat but left his window wide open. He had NO IDEA where he was going. After being an hour late he took the longest possible route. The ride was from W. 19th street in Manhattan to Richmond Hill Queens. He did have another passenger who was also very annoyed. I need the LIFT. As I was getting down the lift he intentionally made the lift drop about 6 inches and I almost fell off. My PCA kept me from falling but the driver was of no assistance at all. The vehicle number was 4055 he took as many wrong turns as possible and gave us the Grand Tour of Brooklyn. He asked the passengers direction and went the opposite way every time. Had it not been for my PCA I would have another health issue to deal with. This driver should not be allowed to interact with passengers. I you don't want to fire him - maybe he could pump gas. { MAYBE}. If I would have fallen and been injured, I would be calling a layer from the hospital. ...read more
