If it were possible to give the entire company a '0 Star' rating, I would have done it. The servicemen do not keep their appointments and you have to track them down to make sure they make their make-up days. The billing department sends out incorrect invoices upon invoices. Customer service is inconsistent, does not keep their promises to call you back, and resolves problems at a frozen turtle's pace. We have been charged for services never received, and when trying to resolve them, I've received multiple failed promises and deadlines by which the issues 'would be taken care of.' They pretend to have provided the inspection services to my customers and my customers come to me reporting their illegal activities.
