Libraries are to study,read,and do work where it supposed to be quiet but not any more not in bklyn.It is party central with blasting cell music,yapping loudly conversacions even during concerts.You can no longer read,work on computer or think because the staff including security do nada,nothing.In brighten young and old,americans and russians here to party and people get upset and leave.A library is what it is a place to work and study and it not fair to others to be subjected to other behaviour. ...read more
