I started kickboxing as a way to motivate myself back into a fitness lifestyle. I chose Ilovekickboxing.com Park Slope because it is close to most of my jobs and I am familiar with the neighborhood. I started in Feb 2018 and I got hooked on the first class! I love the energy of the instructors! This studio combines High Intensity Training, Personal Training, motivation, Fitness Tips, Diet recommendations, as well as the kickboxing instruction. I’m so glad I found this studio over a year ago. I have always wanted to try boxing, and this class is an AMAZING overall workout. I’ve learned so much about technique, and I feel so strong and generally happier after every class.
