They act nice at first. My window which lead to a fire escape did not lock. I kept begging them to fix the window on the fire escape. I let them know it was an urgent matter. They kept putting it off... until, one night, my ex climbed up the fire escape one night, beat me up, bloodied up my nose, and raped me. I have the police report and everything. They blamed me for getting raped, and they hurriedly rushed their repair guy, Rashid the same day my ex was arrested to fix the window to try to cover their criminal negligence.
