When he finally picked up he tell me it would be "too expensive" implying I could afford the repair. That was before sending anyone it even see the bathroom. I don't know why I still dealt with this place after that. Maybe because it was close to my house. When someone showed up 2 days later, I was given an outrageous quote. By then I had contacted Drain Kleen. That company repaired the clogged pipes for $300 less. ...read more

Pat Sementa Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Fire Sprinklers

1.0

By MariSol

RUN FAR AWAY!!!! This is the absolute worst experience I have ever encountered regarding customer service. The staff is disgustingly unprofessional and the company is highway robbery. They tried to charge me $425 for a part that I didn't even need. I did some research on the part and called a few other contracters just to learn that the part at most only cost $130. Thankfully I refuesd the part and called another contractor and I didn't even need any parts just some minor wiring. They misrepresented their contracts that they offer as I wasn't even informed their was more than one contract. Then I wasn't even giving a copy until weeks later. Finally after a week of calling to speak with the owner Pat Sementa, I finally was put through just to experience an even more disturbing level of professionalism. I will definitely be reporting my complaint to the BBB. Save your self the agony and go somewhere else. ...read more
