Hair Loss in Women Hair Loss for women in the United States is a very prevalent thing especially among women of color. We tend to use a lot of hair products and enhancements to hide our hair loss. We wear weave, wigs and hairpieces to lengthen, make fuller or hide bald spots. Every woman no matter what race wants a great head of hair.
