Most of the reps at this branch have a serious problem with their so-called customer service skills. They need to be sent back to the classroom to learn how to deal with customers in a professional, caring manner. These guys are great. They helped me to file my tax returns and reduce the burden of taxes that I was going to have to pay. They also do mortgages and gave me a great rate on my refinance. Actually, before I did the refi with them, they were able to educate me on my credit score and got me started with their credit repair program and I improved my credit score 54 points! That got me a much better rate on my mortgage. And the credit repair was free. They also did my taxes for me for free the next year because I closed a mortgage with them.
