I went into this salon for a trim and highlights. The trim consisted of 4 inches when 1 would have been sufficient and the cut looked nothing like what I went in with or asked for. I asked for red highlights and the stylist said we'll see what I do. She ended up doing blonde highlights which I said I hated and did not want.
