I wish Id seen these reviews before dealing with them. Dropped my laptop off for a screen replacement. They have held my laptop hostage for a month. Staff tells you something different depending on who you talk to. Staff passes the blame for mistakes back and forth. Given 3 different ETA for screen by Dan and never came through.
