My husband and I are in the process of buying our first home and were so grateful to have Ian as our inspector! We went into our home inspection with no idea what to expect and little knowledge about the whole process, but instantly knew we were in good hands when we met him. Ian came highly recommended by our real estate agent and I can see why. He explained everything in terms that were easy for us to understand and was more than thorough checking our house-to-be. We got our reports that evening, as promised, and his response was always prompt. He was so friendly and even took the time to make friends with our one-year-old son who had to come with us.
