i love reaction, i agree with god sent. i cant lie there are some sucky girls in reaction but theres 2 maybe 3 ladies that are amazing. they can make my hair look freshly permed even if my hair is like 5 weeks into needing a perm. u jus gotta kno who to get ur hair done by. i only let certain people perm my hair, only certain people can wash my head and only certain people can blow my hair out. im not telling who they are tho :P reaction is the best lol ...read more

I have been to Reaction a number of times and most times, had great service and hair results. One time I went for touch-up and the absolute WORST person in the shop ended up doing my hair, the bosses switched her to me during a rinse b/c she was jacking someone else's hair up. She botched the rinse job, combed thru m hair like it was a field of corn stock, and I was heated. I complained, and given lip service and still charged full price. ...read more
