My family and I came into NY about a week ago for the weekend and I had booked an SUV with FCLS. The driver met us inside by the baggage and was kind enough to help my husband and son with the bags. Once we got to the vehicle the car seat that we requested was already intact and the car was very clean, which is expected. The driver was very kind and suggested some places for us to dine while we were in the city. We got to our hotel safely and again the driver aided with our luggage. Our return to the airport was just as nice as the initial ride and I will most definitely use this company the next time we visit the city. ...read more

I'm not sure that the people who wrote the reviews below used FCLS because I highly disagree with the things that they have said. I use this company every time I come to the city on business. I have used them several times, and have experienced at least 3 different drivers all of whom displayed superb professionalism. One driver in particular is extremely personable and always makes my trip very enjoyable. I have recommended FCLS to my coworkers, one has responded with great feedback.
