Brought my auto insurance to Jane's office and have had nothing but problems since the second month. They refuse to remove me from auto-withdrawl, even after being asked several times. They have cost me close to $300 in overdraft fees from not taking payments on agreed upon date. They were confrontational and rude with my wife on the phone. Worst insurance office EVER! They don't pay for anything but doctor's visits, as far as I can tell. They have refused to pay for a medication my prior health insurance company never even questioned (the only one I can take for my condition). They have refused to pay for normal blood tests. They offer no reimbursement for hearing aids. They ignore letters, never respond to them. I can't wait for my year to be up, so I can get back on the Empire Plan.
