Mangione is, by reputation and peformance, a top-notch locksmith. Beware, however......do not purchase Weiser locks from them. I had one on my front door that lasted less than two years, installed in November of 2006, was non-operable by August 2008. Weiser supposedly offers a lifetime warranty on their locks, which is a lie. When I contacted Weiser about honoring their "lifetime" warranty, they gave me a tremendously hard time, made me jump through all kinds of hoops, with still no assurance of reimbursement. They claimed that a "small part costing a few dollars" would have repaired the lock, rather than necessitating replacement......which is contrary to what Mangione's professional locksmith recommended. j DO NOT BUY locks from Weiser. They are garbage, and their lifetime warranty is a lie. ...read more
