Besides the fact that this hotel is old, rundown, filthy, and has many many things wrong with it---they have BED BUGS. BED BUGS so bold that they come out in broad daylight. Had a jacuzzi suite reserved, they said they were busy the night before and we could not check in until 3 pm because there were no clean rooms at 1:30 pm. We had 2 children so had to sit in the car for 1 1/2 hrs. finally get into the room and about 3 hours later water started running into our room from the ceiling. Tried calling front desk 5 times with no answer, ran downstairs to tell them (they seemed like they couldnt care less), said would send someone up ASAP, took 20 min. Gave us a new room in the tower and the toilet wouldnt work, gave us another room and had to listen to the elevator all night. On a business trip and stayed on 4th floor only to find when I woke, I found blood on my pillow and bed. While staring at this blood, I noticed it moved! So I captured two of the bugs in a cup and proceeded to the "office of managment denial" who stated they had never heard of such and they just put a new mattress in that room! So with bugs in hand, I informed them the bugs live in the walls ....not the mattress! I was moved to a new room since the company would not relocate the entire team.
