I'm renting one of their properties. I'm experiencing a significant black mold issue growing on top and under the carpets. I've reported the issue on August 27th 2012 and provided the landlord photos showing the black mold. I receive continuous excuses ranging from personal issues to lack of communication between the landlord and owner of the property every time I have to inquire about the resolution to the situation. Two months after the initial report I'm forced to seek legal consultation due to their negligence. ...read more

Really regret ever signing a lease with this horrible woman. She will be completely sweet as sugar when you first talk to her; she wants you to lease her property, so of course she will pretend to be helpful and attentive. The moment the lease is signed, however, she turns into a complete witch. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY and DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. However, if you do, please, please please TAKE DATED PICTURES OF EVERYTHING both BEFORE MOVE-IN and WHEN MOVING OUT -- down to the dust on the blinds -- if you move into one of her slum properties, because she will make up lies about damages you had nothing to do with when you move out so that she can keep your deposit money. She has a nasty attitude and is confrontational. She has no qualms with lying straight to your face. She conveniently ""forgets"" in-person or phone discussions about problems with her units. She made up a bunch of lies about broken items that I did not break (and have photos to PROVE I left the unit in proper condition), and charged me for haul-away of belongings that I believe SHE BROUGHT IN AFTER I MOVED OUT!! The so-called ""maintenance man"" is HER OWN SON-IN-LAW so how convenient for them to make up fake invoices from him showing all of the ""labor"" (at $45/hour!) he supposedly had to do and billed her for. UNBELIEVABLE. If this horrible woman has done the same to you (or is threatening to do so), TAKE HER TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT AND SUE HER! And please report her to the housing authority. What she is doing is absolutely unacceptable and ILLEGAL! ...read more
