So helpful...until your check is cashed. If you have a problem, you can guarantee it will not be solved. "Co-owner Cindi" has a huge chip on her shoulder and seems to take personal offense to any sort of follow-up questions or problem you might have with the purchase. Buyer beware! I ordered three slumping ceramic molds and they sent me three defectives ones, broken after only one firing. I exchanged several e-mails and pictures with their customer service people but they were not helpful at all. They're hiding behind taking the matter to the manufacturer, however they are not refunding me the money nor replacing the tiles. And as far as the $13.28 and shipping, they said that's on me!.
