Hired Krystal Clean Housekeeping to help me out with a move out cleaning, they were very friendly and professional. they scheduled me last minute to help me get my rental deposit back. The cleaning was great and done in a timely matter. They brought all of their own cleaning stuff and I didnt have to do a thing! Work is great, Terry was great. The problem is the owner Bill. I asked him to come out and give us a quote back on June 14, 2012 to re-do our awning. We had them previously come out back in 2005 and put our awning up for us and they did at $8500.00 Now I thought we would have them re-do it solid instead of the other way. Bill said he could do it at $1800.00 so I said lets do it. He came back Sept 18, 2012 when the work was promised July 20, 2012 after ordering the wrong color for us and blammoing it all on us and then only doing 1/4 of it in solid now we have a half a** job done and they wont finish the project stating we never agreed on the whole thing which is ridiculous. I have been getting my house cleaned from Spring Fresh since 2007. I love that they are all so personable, from the employees in the office to the ladies that provide the cleaning services. Since I don't have a standing 2-week appointment, I can call and they will always accommodate my schedule and the time and day I would like them to clean.
