I had thousands in my account and tried to close it after I left the area. They would not send me my money. I had to write a check against my account and then asked for the balance with interest as it was a savings account. They would not send me my interest or my July 2009 statement. I had to file a complaint with the State to get them to send me "some" of my interest. They still owe me interest and my July 2009 statement some 2 years later. They don't care and know they can steal you money if it is a small amount!!! US Bank is much better ...read more

this business is the biggest rip off i have ever seen , please dont use the company and tell everyone, the business pratice board illegal, they will rip you off any chance they get thats for sure , the worst customer service i have ever seen , they are snotty full of themselfs, rude , dont take my word for it ask around you will see ...read more

Totally Amazing
One of the most amazing things to us about this whole process is how we have been able to take our money that was just being wasted away or sitting in an account that made no interest and use it in an organized way and see how much difference it made in our progress towards paying off our mortgage. We’re not losing anything in the process... we seem to buy the same things that we always have but the money is just more efficiently used.
