This self proclaimed “computer geek” is not stereotypical! Pete has OUTSTANDING customer service and goes above and beyond in every which way! When he took on the task of cleaning the viruses from our computer he had no idea what he was in for (we had one of the worst cases he had ever scene)! He spent countless hours helping us, coming to our office on four different occasions (and much of it was on problems that arouse coincidentally from the virus!), yet he still stood by his “$80 special” and has even called to make sure we were doing OK! We were fortunate to find the most dependable, honest, reasonable and sincere computer technician around; I highly recommend him to anyone who needs some computer help – he is truly a gem!!
