DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE!!!!! I can put up with a lot but after purchasing my brand new car, I needed a ride to drop off my rental car. I needed to stop for gas before dropping off the car because everyone knows you cannot return an empty rental. The sales person had a fit and told me he wouldn't allow me to do that! He then proceeded to be incredibly rude. I regretted buying the car from them the moment I drove off the lot. The sales manager called me to apologize and offered me $100.00 towards an accessory. I NEVER GOT THE PROMISED $100.00. Apparently, the sales manager who offered me the money left and they have no record of it. I called back to ask about looking further into their promise. The man who answered the phone sounded very uneducated and trashy. He was so inconsiderate. He put me on hold and didn't even get the manager as I had requested. I have a new VW Jetta Sportwagen that I just drove across country. Once we reached Reno, where we moved to this past June, my check engine light came on. \t\n\t\nI called the local VW dealership, and found out they would charge me $100 just to hook my car up to their computer. So we decided to look elsewhere. \t\n\t\nWe found J's VW on the internet, and since the reviews were all great (except for some strange ones from people who had never taken their VWs to J's) we decided to take our Jetta there. \t\n\t\nI am so pleased with their work. They ordered the part while I was on the phone. It arrived the next day, and my car was ready the same day. What I had been quoted by the dealership was twice the amount I ended up paying J's. The people that work there love VWs, they are knowledgeable and capable. They even fixed my husband's truck for a fraction on the cost that he had been quoted elsewhere. \t\n\t\nIn short: I will be back, and if you have a VW you should try them out too! ...read more
