We accidently found Shawn Kirby while doing internet searches for homes for sale around Reno. We think we recieved some "beginner's luck" for new Nevadians when Shawn contacted us with information after our internet inquiries and are so glad we found him (or he found us)! Shawn was awesome to work with and helped us find a home that met all of our "wish list" criteria. We had newly arrived to Reno from Arkansas and he was great in helping us locate a home in an ideal area that would be an easy commute for work and convenient for shopping, entertainment, etc. He patiently lead us through the home buying process with short sells and foreclosures. Being a first time home buyer I had no idea what I was getting myself into or where to begin. Good friends recommended Claire and I couldn't be more thankful. The process was a million times less stressful than I could have ever imagined. Claire made me feel as if I was her only client and had her undivided attention and efforts to getting us in our new home as fast as possible with a seemingly impossible deadline. Is commercial real estate still a viable investment option? How low will values go?
