Needed new frig on a Saturday night. Salesperson in appliance department was very helpful and we were able to secure a new frig quite quickly. Completing purchase with credit department was a completely different experience. Too few staff at credit department with long lines waiting for assistance. Young staff member was very, very inexperienced (kept asking other staff member for assistance, or kept calling hope office for assistance). This person made many errors before completing transaction, and then could not guarantee needed delivery time ("it's our system" excuse). Recommendation: great selection of products and great sales persons; arrange for financing before coming to store, or you'll wait an eternity; probably with a trainee! ...read more

Audio Video Service of Nevada aka Sick TV Repaired several of my home electronic's items. They were the repair facility for Costco and Best Buy where I purchased all my TVs and more. The service crew at this repair facility were always on time,clean & friendly and always fixed my items correctly the 1st. time. While most of my repairs were under warranty and no cost to me,there were a couple COD jobs. The owner would always provide honest and fair prices.
