We are now offering evening Combat Fitness classes Monday thru Thursday from 9:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Immediately following our regularly scheduled Krav Maga classes. Classes are open and available for all adults 18 years of age and older, and all Reno Krav Maga members. Combat Fitness classes are separate from Krav Maga classes and therefore if you are already a member of Reno Krav Maga you will incur an additional cost per month in addition to your currently monthly fee. However, you will receive a substantial discount for the Combat Fitness classes. These Combat Fitness classes are very intense in nature and you will receive a very intense and effective workout. Hello Everyone, Just dropping a quick note to let all our blog readers that our beginners Krav Maga classes our going to be entering there fourth week on Monday, July 27th and things are going great! We have had a fairly large number of people inquire about classes and now have over a dozen students signed up and actively participating in class. We are always accepting new students and would like to invite you to come down and watch a class on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at our First Tae Kwon Do location at 7007 South Virginia Street # C in Reno. Class times are from 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm. We suggest coming at least 20 to 30 minutes before classes start so that if you have any questions, we have the opportunity to answer them for you before the start of class.
