THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINES! WE BOOKED THROUGH THEM A MAJOR CONVENTION SEVERAL ROOMS 6 MONTHS IN ADVANCE AND PAID FOR. 3 DAYS BEFORE WERE WERE TO ATTEND THEY CALLED US W/SOME BIG LIE ABOUT THE HOTEL BEING OVERBOOKED BUT THE TRUTH WAS THEY DID NOT PAY FOR THE ROOMS W/OUR MONEY AND THE ROOMS WERE CANCELLED! The hotel itself is just fine...however, there is someone in upper management named Jay and he is the RUDEST person EVER! He insisted that I was not double billed and inferred I did not know the date which I arrived. He made me produce my plane ticket as 'proof' that I could not possibly have gotten to the airport any sooner. We have reserved space on an Alaska cruise next year. It is September 15th 2012 on the Golden Princess. It is a round trip Seattle sailing which will save money on airfare.
