I have brought my 3 little doggies here multiple times already; 2 miniature poodles ( Oreo and Paolo ) and a chiweenie ( Cha Cha ), I already know with 3 little doggies it's gonna take more than 3 to 4 hours to be groomed, the groomers always call my cell when my doggies are ready to be picked up, I like that, by the time I pick up my babies they are all happy and tails wagging crazy. The staff are friendly and professional. So far, I have no problems, in fact my doggies are scheduled this Saturday again for complete grooming packages. They are so kind and love animals more than I have ever seen before...your dog becomes part of their family and actually refer to themselves as "Aunt Susan, Aunt Trudy and Aunt T"...my dog is really smart and kind of naughty and THEY LOVE HIM...Shamus actually looks forward to going and when we get there he goes straight to the door and dances until they open it for him...I will never take my dogs to another groomer...not to mention reasonable prices and beautiful work ...read more

I take my little Chichon Tinkerbell there akl the time and they do the best job of any place I have been to. They are patient with her as she can be a hand full. She is always ready when they say she will be. This shop will call you when your loved pet is ready because if you show up early your pet wants to be with you and it makes their job hard to finish so they ask that you wait for their call. I have no problem with that. I love the groomers here they all know their stuff and are very good to the pets. Las Vegas, NV 1/3/2014 If there was a choice to place zero stars, I would. This by far is the worst and grossly mismanaged groomer I have ever been to. They are unprofessional, and worse of all, they appear to mistreat their biggest customers (the dogs!!). My experience started off as pleasant as can be, but it turned bad rather quickly. I brought in my three dogs with an appointment and was told they would be ready in four hours. I called after a couple of hours to make sure the dogs were ok, and see if there were any problems. I was told there were no issues. As the fourth hour approached, I went ahead to pick them up, surly I thought it doesn't take four and half hours to groom three dogs who in the first place had an appointment (not a walk-in). Upon my arrival, to my surprise/dismay, they were still being worked on. I than proceeded to ask when they might be ready, and even suggested maybe another hour. I accepted the hour delay and went to my vehicle to return within the noted duration. Yet again, to my surprise, the business owner "flagged" me down and began to barrage me while I was getting in my car. She (the business owner), than proceeded to stop the work on my dogs and practically "threw" two of my dogs in my direction; while the third dog who was in the back they said was not doing well so it was taking extra time to dry her coat. I wished they would have told me that when I called earlier instead of finding out after 4.5 hours with the groomer. Having been treated rudely, and having seeing my dogs were mistreated, I refused to pay for a job that was incomplete. The business owner refused to give me the third dog and said I was stealing and then called the police. I took her challenge, and when the officer arrived, it was evident that their claim that the dogs were complete were false. Upon inspection of the dogs, they have numerous nicks, and as their mood would suggest, traumatize by their experience with this groomer. I ended up paying half the cost, and the original amount they insisted since it was demonstrated that the dogs were not complete. I would caution every reader to avoid this establishment at all cost! Sounds like a very nice lady over the phone. Have never met her in person. Her voice is very pleasant, friendly, and deceiving. I am a State and Licensed breeder in Oklahoma, whom has sent Luv A Puppy many puppies over the past many years. I fell for Luv A Puppy's story of not having the funds to pay for puppies when delivered, and Luv A Puppy insist that I send puppies to her on consignment, and they would pay for them as they sold, as she triples the price she pays for puppies in order to keep her new business location maintained. I fell for her promises only to unfortunately discover that I would never be paid. After a long length of time of not being sent any funds for puppies, I was told by Luv A Puppy that they sold all the puppies that I sent, but did not have the money to pay me. Over a year and a half has passed, and the balance still remains unpaid. I have offered for her to replace puppies, but sending me puppies in return, this has resulted in nothing. I texted, call, and email daily, only to be ignored. If you happen to have shopped with Luv A Puppy and purchased one of my puppies, I hope it is doing well for you. I am assuming Barbara Larsen's priorities are to travel outside the country, and enjoy life with her family at the breeders expense. This is a mixed emotions review. I've been taking my dog, which has serious health issues, to these folks for 5 years. The staff is and has always been amazing, polite and helpful. They love my dog and animals generally. That's the good news.\t\n\t\nThe bad news is that in the last 2 years or so, the attentiveness, quality, and follow-up of vet care (diagnosis, treatment, fulfilling requests) has fallen through the floor. They used to spend considerable time during my visit, provide discounts without my asking, and unfailingly call later to follow up. All of that has disappeared. My dog has crippling issues now, I don't make myself a nuisance with them, but I went in recently to see about a new plan for him., possibly pain meds, etc I was pawned off on a less experienced vet who had zero treatment suggestions, my primary doc said ""hello"" and walked on, the newer vet said she'd call back after consulting with her ""mentor,"" and then never did. Nobody did. I also asked for a written prescription for anti-inflammatories, which she declined to do. The cost of meds here is HIGH, plus I don't want to come in every month when his is a lifelong ailment.\t\n\t\nSo it's thumbs up for the staff and a big thumbs down for the decline in pet care, diagnosis, and follow up. My wife heard about this place sometime ago from a coworker when the dog/cat food scare happened. Since then this is the only place where we get out pups their food. We have a border collie and a white Schnauzer. We have also fairly recently started to take them here to be groomed and they do a million and one times better than any other service we have gone to in this valley. I take my Golden Retriever, Cocker Spaniel and King Charles Cavalier to Sniffany's. They always come back absolutely beautiful!!! It's a bit of a drive to get there but it's worth it. I have been taking my dogs there for a few years and I'm always happy with their grooming.
