It took Mr. Rawlings 11 months before I went in front of the Judge, which normally only takes 4 months for the type of hearing I had. He knew it took him way too long as he offered to do something else for me for free because of the poor service he had given me. Well, his office sent me bills every month even though Mr. Rawlings said it was free of charge. Every month I had to call his office & billing lady to tell her that I was not suppose to be charged. She would take care of it & then I would get bill for the next month. Not to mention the order that Mr. Rawlings wrote was compeletly unprofessional with mistakes that he had crossed out & hand wrote the write corrections! On the 2nd thing Mr. Rawlings was doing for free, again, he took 8 months, when it should have been less then 2 months! Then he never gave me a certified copy of the order so I had to go to the court house myself & figure out how to get certified copies. I would NEVER recomend Mr. Rawlings to anyone!!! ...read more
