This place is the most horrible customer service. I bought a special trough a really trustfull web site. The special was $10 for $25. They charge my credit card and email me the voucher. When I try to reedem it the ladie in the cookie store told me that she had not idea about the coupon and she wasn't going to give me anything whorth $25 and if I want anything I had to pay $15 dollars more for something that I think was not even whorth $15. She Also said that people that look or buy this special want everything for nothing that they were a bussiness and they dont give anything for free.(free when I paid for it). She didn;t want to honor my voucher. I belive that Big companies make their profit by giving away products and discounts, publicity and good customer service bring more customers and profit in a bussiness.Obviously they dont know that. I will never do bussiness with this company and I will tell my friends to not even lose their time with this people. ...read more

I would give this place a zero star if that was an option. My mom had them delivered to me at work, they were 15 minutes late and i had already left. When i did get them after a coworker called and said something was there for me, the balloon was falling over, there was no color coordination. It was just ugly. It had a gold bow and lavender ribbon and pink holding the cookies which were not even good. i could have done better at home and then to charge $80. what a rip off. ...read more

2012 Las Vegas Visitor Statistics

Does everyone really come to Vegas to gamble, drink, and party the night away? Check out some of these interesting Las Vegas statistics for 2012 that were published by GLS Research for the Las Vegas Convention and Visitor Authority. In addition, the average gambling budget of $485 isn't as high as most people would think. I will post some other interesting statistics in future blogs, such as overall spending budgets, length of stay, etc. Feel free to comment on your own conclusions regarding the visitor demographics and vacation habits in Sin City!   ...read more
