Couldn't ask for a better buying experience! Clint asked me all the right questions about how I was gonna use my Jeep and what I wanted or might end up doing with it. He didn't try to over sell me or suggest I buy something I didn't need. I put down a deposit and the parts arrived within a few days. I dropped my vehicle off in the morning and had it back the same day... Looking SWEET! Clint went over everything he did to my Jeep and showed me how he marks all the nuts and bolts with a paint pen, so that way even I can check to see that everything is still tight and has not loosened. I am so happy I went to Maximum Offroad and I will come back when I need more Jeep Customizing. ...read more

These scammers assured me their $500 platinum advertising package would get get thousands more for my SUV and it would be sold in a matter of days. They promised my ad would be on hundred of web sites and links they interact with to find you a buyer. Never heard of most and the few that were up were removed from the ad campaign after a short time. When I searched for my ad, most of the time it waswouldn't even open when I clicked on them and if no where to be found. Most of he links they did open my ad wasn't listed. Customer service never contacted me once with an inquiry and when I contacted them, all they said was that I should lower the price. I lowered the price four times and still never got one inquiry. I can't even log in to my account. I had to go through a 45 minute chat session before I could log in on onestopboats instead of onestopmotors. It's been over 10 weeks and still no inquiries.Don't buy into onestopmotors advertising program and save their $500. ...read more

Was contacted by these scammers after they saw an on line ad that was running in conjunction with a print ad I purchased with the local newspaper. They assured me if I purchased their $500 platinum advertising package that I could get thousands more for my SUV and it would be sold in a matter of days. They promised my ad would be on hundreds... of web sites and links they interact with to find you a buyer. What a rip off. Never heard of most of the web sites and the few that were up were removed from the ad campaign after a short time. When I searched for my ad, most of the time it was no where to be found. Most of he links wouldn't even open when I clicked on them and if they did open my ad wasn't listed. Customer service never contacted me once with an inquiry and when I contacted them, all they said was that I should lower the price. I lowered the price four times for a total of six thousands dollars and still never got one inquiry. I can't even log in to my account. I had to go through a 45 minute chat session before I could log in on onestopboats instead of onestopmotors. It's been over 10 weeks and still no inquiries. This 2010 SUV is in immaculate condition with only 22000 miles and thousands below the Kelly Blue Book price I hope the people who read this take my advice and decline to buy into onestopmotors advertising program and save their $500. If not, GOOD LUCK! ...read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER DO NOT COME HERE TAKE YOUR 2-WHEELED NEEDS ELSWHERE!!!!! I would have selected 0 stars if that was an option. Is it THIS hard to find a decent scooter shop in this town? I drove all over looking for the one. And I thought this was it. However, As I stand at the threshold of the door after my 3rd visit, a brand new battery, wrong voltage regulator in hand, $112.84 lighter, and Christ only knows how many miles later, I am still kick starting my scooter. The employee Rafael says he doesn't know the part number for the right voltage regulator, doesn't even know if he has the right one, refuses to refund my money even AFTER AN EMPLOYEE SOLD ME THE WRONG PART, and is telling me that the "Manager" won't be in until tomorrow, I'll just have to come back then. I have never been more dissatisfied with a business's customer service in my life. It is probably an hour round trip to this place, AND THEYRE TELLING ME I HAVE TO COME BACK TOMORROW?!?!?! Hey, I understand the manager doesn't want to come in on his day off, I work too. Perhaps he should hire some competent employees. I believe Sean is his name. He refused to talk with me on the phone and is clearly incapable of running a functional business establishment. This shop should be SHUT DOWN. I wish I had more hands, so I could give this place multiple thumbs WAY DOWN. ...read more

I'm happy to share my story of how One Stop Motors assisted in selling my Suburban as it was a really good experience in spite of some obstacles. Little did we know of our economic upheaval we were in for, but every time I called (which was probably once a month) you customer service staff was extremely attentive, easy to talk to, creative in trying different sales tactics and always very upbeat and encouraging. I never felt like I was checking in too often or being annoying! I done plenty of business and in my opinion you really have an outstanding customer service department-Keep up the good work ...read more

I was very pleased with one stop motors, they did exactly what they said they would. i had full control of my ad but they screened all interested parties before contacting me. i had no problem contacting someone when i needed, especially when you can speak to the same person each time. nice to ask for someone by name, that is familiar with your account. christie was very helpful and considerate to put up with me. i am old school and not good on computer and like talking to a real person. also i can not remember his name but the outside sales person was very, very nice. i asked him to call back several times because i was not sure if i wanted to use you, and he always called when i asked and not pushy, and i appreciate that. i would defiantly use you again and refer you to someone else. thanks Robert Redmond Canyon Lake, Texas ...read more

I have to admit that One Stop Motors was the one organization that helped me sell my car. I had a black 1966 Oldsmobile Toronado for twelve years. It was a beautiful car. Of course, a 1966 car has many ailments. I am getting too old now to worry about all those ailments, and so I wanted to sell my car for $10,000. I had also listed it with Autotrader Classics, but Autotrader was not active enough to sell my car. One Stop Motors did it. All the praise should go to One Stop Motors. I sold it to a guy in Texas. The distance was no problem. The payment was smooth and the guy arranged for the transportation. If you ever have to sell a classic car nationwide, contact One Stop Motors. They will take care of you. Alfred J. Chompff Huntington Beach, CA July 17, 2013 ...read more

Thank you One Stop Motors for helping me sell my vehicle. I used your service a few years ago and knew that it would work again when I had a short window of time to sell my vehicle. I was getting ready to leave the country in a few weeks and knew that One Stop Motors was the most effective way to get a good price in a short amount of time. Sure enough, my vehicle sold after a 3 day listing. I received payment quickly and the transaction was completed without any issues. My representative, Susan helped to quickly set up an ad that was professional, accurate and effective. I'll use your service again the next time I have to sell a vehicle. **************** Chad Beachy ...read more

Saab says goodbye to Chinese investors

By now, most of the world is aware that Swedish car manufacturer, Saab Automotives, is on a railway running low on track.  They're manufacturing plant is already a ghost town, the Swedish courts have already awarded them temporary amnesty from creditors and now Saab is running out of gas and there doesn't appear to be a gas station in sight.  According to Autoweek.com, Saab has ended their proposed deal with Chinese investors and as a direct result, they have lost their last wild card in their hand. As it was reported in recent weeks, Saab has been waiting on a $340 million investment deal from Chinese automotive companies Pang Da and Zhejiang Youngman Lotus.  The deal, originally intended to drive Saab out of debt and back into the grind of automotive manufacturing, has been speculated on for months now.  Earlier in the month, Saab was set to receive the first part of this million dollar deal as a loan to pay off parts providers.  They had thought the rest of the deal would come through by now, but the Chinese investors reportedly wanted to reevaluate the agreement.  The result?  The Chinese investors decided it would be more practical to buy out the majority of shares in Saab stock and take over ownership of the troubled manufacturer.  The leaders of Saab did not find this to be a good thing.  They announced they were killing the deal all together. Believing that allowing Youngman Lotus and Pang Da to take control of the company would bring the eventual end to Saab, Swedish Automotive CEO Victor Muller deemed the agreement unacceptable and ended the agreement Sunday after the Chinese side did not specify they would provide the original investment that had been agreed upon already.  The two sides are still in contact, though this may be as far as the two parties go together. Towards the end of last week, US private-equity firm, North Street Capitol, announced they would be buying $10 million worth of shares in Saab's parent company, Swedish Automotives.  They also claim to be providing the company with a $60 million investment loan to pay for the reorganization of Saab.  One can't help but feel that this announcement has lead Saab to feel stronger in the passing days.  Strong enough, at least, to refuse the continual shadow games played by the Chinese investors who had been holding out for unknown reasons. Whether or not this is the best strategy for Saab, who without enough capitol to bail themselves out would have to accept defeat and liquidate entirely, is uncertain.  What is certain is that any light of redemption in the near future for Saab has dimmed immensely.  They have a lot of bills to pay back before they can even make another car, let alone pay new parts and wages fees to produce it.  It is because of this that Sunday's move from Saab is somewhat puzzling.  Their new found bravery may end up steering Saab off the edge of the world either way.  If that happens, it wouldn't have mattered if Saab might have been lost under a Chinese regime change.  Saab won't exist.  At least for now, they still do.  We'll see about next week. Say Goodbye to Mazda's RX-8

If you’re a sports car lover, odds are you’ve at least heard of Mazda’s RX-8. It’s a sleek sportster with a hybridized mixture of power and Mazda’s trademark look. According to Autoweek.com, Mazda has called it quits on their production of the RX-8 brand vehicle. The auto manufacturer recently had trouble meeting emission standards in Europe with their latest version of the sports car. This with the downturn in popularity of the vehicle in America has caused Mazda to announce the retirement of the RX-8.Once their answer to the Toyota Celica or the Dodge Charger, the RX-8 has now become a recent memory of how trying the auto industry has become. Currently, the latest version of the RX-8 will only be sold in Japan as Mazda looks towards the future without their power performance flagship. It’s uncertain as to whether or not they will develop a new alternative to the RX brand, but for now, Mazda has remained focus on sending off their sportster in style.Tyler Baker; OSM Writer ...read more

J & P Cycles founders to step down

It seems the end of an era is upon us.  J&P; Cycles, the world’s largest motorcycle aftermarket and accessories sellers, has recently found themselves under new management for the first time in the companies 31 years.  Founder and President, John Parham, and his Vice President wife, Jill, announced this month that they would both be stepping down from the company saddle in exchange for the sweet sound of retirement.  This comes as a great loss to those in the motorcycle inner-circle, but all things, even those as good as the Parhams is bound to come to a close. Since 1979, J&P Cycles has strived to thrive in the motorcycle aftermarket game; an industry that has constantly grown over the decades.  John and Jill Parham have been at the core of this industrial fruition since the 70′s.  Every year, J & P publishes their famed Harley Davidson Catalog, one of the largest mail order catalogs in the industry.  The Parham’s influence on all of the industry, not solely aftermarket, has been invaluable to the biker cause.  The best example of this would be the National Motorcycle Museum, which John had a hand in moving last year to a spacious facility in Anamosa, Iowa.  Home to over 300 history instilled vintage motorcycles, the museum will be the Parham’s retirement project in the coming years.  They have stated that they will focus on family as well as working to better the museum. What does this mean for J &P Cycles?  John has revealed that he will stay on with J & P as a member of the Advisory Board of Directors.  Taking over the company mantle will be son, Zach Parham.  Zach will head up the company as the new Vice President and General Manager in the absence of his parents.  Having grown up alongside J & P, there should be no lull in the family values Zach Parham inherited from the previous company heads.  The company has assured consumers that they will continue to excel as a provider of all things motorcycle.  While the end of an era is present at J & P Cycles,  one can’t help but be appreciative of all the Parham family has done for the motorcycle world and all they will continue to contribute as we forge into the future. ...read more
