We actually enjoy our manufactured home very much, it's the community; "Flamingo West" that we don't enjoy. I so agree with the other reviewer, this place has slipped under the relatively new management and almost never seen office staff. The two in the office are never seen in the community, have no connection to the residents and are very short and nasty when approached about any situation. The space rental keeps rising with seemingly no end in sight but the place has not been improved at all to support the increases. Don't even get me started on the number of rentals now in the place, they number near 100 in a community of about 280. Anyway, there are many less expensive and much nicer places to park your mobile in Las Vegas. ...read more
